Why don't you take the risks while upgrading to level 3 , it's obvious EA will definitely make it harder for us to rank up with 1 URP. I have used 1 Mascherano a couple of times to max my player. There are more chances of a successful rank up because i think EA knows that not a lot of users will take that risk.
