A neighbour stalked me for over two years and the Police were absolutely horrendous. It was almost a separate trauma just having to deal with the Police.
I'm so sorry that happened to you. I've had a similar experience. The police are woefully unaware of how horrendous these stalkers can be and they have their hands tied if there's no clear and present danger. I hope you're doing much better now.
These stalkers should have their names and addresses out on a stalker list for everyone to see. Guess what, the met don't jump to attention when we're attacked.
There should be both mental health support for stalkers and better protection for those that get stalked. Specially for those that have issue understanding relationships and other social interactions.
The last category, Sheila, should be dealt with by mental health services and thus should not have been such an awful problem for you. It too can be with adverse risk.
Stalkers often obsess about singular aspects of their target, such as a radio presenter's voice, so although it's easy to mock Shelagh it's entirely believable that an obsessive listener thought she was talking especially to them etc.
What do you mean, 'mock her'? Are you body shaming her even as she tries to share her trauma????? Is there a time you lot don't scan our bodies to see if they meet your approval??????
@andybeans5790 why do you state that 'it is easy to mock her'? It shouldn't be easy to mock people for whatever reason. Body shaming remains stubbornly present in daily discourse. It should not be easy to mock anyone and don't let that phrase glide off your tongue so casually.
@susanbishop5228 Not really, I just don't think that she is enough of a well known person to have a cult following although I could imagine her apaling political views provoking people towards harassment. But what reason could anyone have to stalk her.
I want to tell you the story another one I was someone’s stalked them so we buy a woman and guess what nobody took us one bit serious they said it all ignore it don’t pick up the phone don’t have a conversation with her and she’ll go away that’s what was said to us five years later, she still rears her head from time to time there is a difference you see if a man does it it’s menacing for a woman does it it’s something you can handle something oh don’t be worried about it too much
@dannyquinn9128 "unwanted and repeated behaviour that makes you feel pestered and harassed." Maybe someone may feels pestered while they are being followed to work
@@greamespens1460 But there's no intent, you wouldn't be following them, you just happen to be going to the same place. If you are intentionally following someone around, that is totally different.
So Sheila was on with Marr but Feltz had her own 1pm-4pm slot? Confused. Guessing that she’s been busy discussing her own experiences with other outlets instead today.

Ahh, I remember her from the “Get ready for a surprise ! “ scene in total recall !
2 weeks 😂

😂 yeah me too now lol

Cold 🤣🤣🤣
Yes we need more rights for victims and less rights for perpetrators.
Play Misty for Me. Famous film about a crazy woman stalking a radio dj. Creepy.
Misery is a great film. Not a stalker but obsessive.
@@sh.4409Not all obsessives are stalkers but all stalkers are obsessives.

Women stalk guys they like, get their friends involved, but.... It's OK, a man doing exactly the same thing gets reported

Belfield. Remember him?
@@tinachristine4573no, I'm commenting on those who are body-shaming her, as indicated by what I typed

@tinachristine4573 don't be dense
WHO ?? Would stalk Sheila Fogarty? AND WHY ??
You are wilfully ignorant
And an embarrassment to us men who actually see this as very serious.
I'm suspicious too Brian 🤔
Poor eyesight 😢😂😂

The only person stalking her is a big game hunter..
Please tell me what year do you think it is ?
@michaeld633 2024... let me know the year you get a sense of humour 🤔
And the uber eats app
It was Von Pelt from Jumanji, with that big rifle.
@@kenmckee7536There was nothing funny about what you said.
Shelagh thought it was odd a man of colour kept following her but only during the day…..turns out it was her shadow
Look at the state of it.
Whats stalking if i leave the house each day and walk the same street and uo a head the same person does the same am i stalking
No. Obviously not.

Never let women know where you live. Soon as you start ghosting them they start stalking your house.
