That’s probably the best 68 sound file I’ve heard! 👍
What a fabulous looking loco, the livery is superb and the sound is brilliant.
Amazing sounds from a class 68
One of the best 00 diesel models for sure. Dont like the chassis mounted couplings though! Same as on the Accurascale Deltic. Problem is that the couplings dont move inline like bogie mounted models and they therefore over hang on corners with high risk of hitting objects like point motors etc? Ive had issues with the hook flying off ! You can trim the drop weight to help. The sound files seem to lack the exhaust burble at speed ? I live near the Chiltern line and these things can be heard coming for miles if the winds right! Now we just need a manufacturer to give us the correct rolling stock and DVTs to match ?
Need to sort out that bit of track on the points 9:06
I'm the proud owner of two of these. The only issue I have is the couplings they make the loco look so far away from what it's pulling.
Irish sixty Six Fan got kadees they're great. Hunts were awful
Doesn’t seem to have that heavy “base” sound which moves your internal organs about if your standing close to a real Class 68
nice video but the sound does not have the Base throb that the locos have under load legobiffo in my opinion is more realistic on my 68s but digitrains class 66 are great
kind regards
ralph
you should listen to the new 68 file digitrains have done, much better bass throb as you put it.
