In this class, Mackenzie teaches her own specially created, Basic to Intermediate level Pirouette Masterclass in soft shoes.
Mackenzie is one of the brightest new stars on the international ballet scene in high demand all around the world and already well known for her expressive and captivating performances. Her classical technique, honed at the famous Princess Grace Academy, is crystal clear with exquisite lines and perfect placement.
Mackenzie has created a very informative class explaining how to execute all sorts of pirouettes with her own personal tips for success. Mackenzie uses simple exercises to teach turning technique and before each combination, she sets out her personal tips which you can then apply to the exercises which she demonstrates. The class is designed as a Basic Level class but in fact it also progresses to Intermediate Level because it covers everything from simple turns from 5th to much more complicated turns like Attitude Turns en dedans and Fouettés. Even so, this class will likely help any dancer of any level to feel well placed and in control of their turns as they clean their technique with Mackenzie.
