Real estate sector in Andhra Pradesh demands tax reforms and IT exemption for home buyers

With the Union Budget 2024-25 scheduled to be presented on July 23, the real estate sector in Andhra Pradesh is hoping that the government will bring some much needed tax reforms.
People associated with the sector say that builders were compelled to spend a huge amount on raw materials like cement due to higher GST rates, some also demanded an increase in IT exemption for home buyers.
