Manitoba woman to lose leg after days in agony waiting for surgery

A 61-year-old military veteran says she’s about to lose her leg because the doctor who started the procedure couldn’t finish it. Roseanne Milburn says she spent days with an agonizing open wound that became infected. Her leg is scheduled to be amputated.
