This song has been stuck in my head for a week😂. To be honest, there are some times that I wish I would have had someone to snap me out of it and tell me to wake up for Christ's sake, but now I can use my experience and this song to do just that for those around me.
Such an underrated band and so much better musically, lyrically and vocally than most Christian bands out there. Glad y’all are still making awesome music! Looking forward to an acoustic album! “Eternity” is amazing! Hopefully “Erase” ends up on it.
Really liking this tune, Disciple is one of my favorite band ever! As a guitarist I prefer their guitar tone in Back Again, Disciple self titled album (!!), and Scars Remain (!!). Their sound is now more modern and polished, and more downtuned, but it feels actually less heavy to me. A bit "vanilla metal sounding", even though professional. They had also huge bass in the past on some albums, adding nice raw head banging weight and making the riffs more significant without adding more distortion to the mix. The guitar tone felt gnarly, raw but heavy, greasy and fat, like roaring unashamed rock anthems guitars. A very distinct sound, without falling in the vanilla metal wannabe camp. Listen to Scars Remain track, chorus of Into Black, Regime Change, Rise Up, Game On, The Wait Is Over, Go Ahead... But the voices on the new album are awesome, and the solos and composition is very good. Wake up, Reanimate, Chemical Wisdom and Touch the pain are my favorites here :)
Personally, being a guitarist of 45 years, a keyboardist of 50 years, and a vocalist since I was in diapers, I don't like hearing the same album over and over from one album to the next. I prefer changes in artistry, muscianship, composition, and presentation. As long as it rocks, and this album does, I'm up for refining the sound, not repeating old music!
Guys translate their songs more into Spanish or do subtitles, there are people who still don't speak english, who are distorting ur messages in the translation, also here in Latin America they have a lot of public please do not neglect us 😊🌟🌟
It's actually not a woman, it's Kevin singing those notes (at least I'm pretty sure). If you've heard other Disciple songs as well, they're usaully known to have crazy high harmonies when it comes to vocals. As a guy myself who sings really high like this I can say that it's definately Kevin (and/or the rest of the band doing backgeound vocals as well). Love it when band sing high notes like those for sure!

Is it really religious extremism to say we're all headed for eternal death without the intervention of the Lord? It seems like common sense for me. And if that's the case, why shouldn't Christians declare their message from the rooftops? We believe we have the answer, and it's worth it for a chance at saving your soul.
Look man theres extremism in every facet of life man there are Christian extremists those are the ones who constantly tell you that if you don't follow Jesus your going to hell.....but see I'm the type to intercede into a conversation like that and tell you dont listen to them they are not God and they do not speak for God God wouldnt never damn anyone to hell.....we are not meant to make you fear hell that is not a Christian's Job but that's what so many do.....and I don't understand that....because that is not the mission....our purpose is to preach the Gospel and let you sit and meditate in it and hope that you willingly make the decision to come to christ not to force you to with the fear of hell but tell you our story and the things we've been through and the things that we have seen God do in our lives when it shouldnt have been that way....when it seemed hopeless and there was no way out. I know that feeling well but I honestly feel that God saved me from that feeling from the situation I was In and rescued me regardless enj0y the music man and know you are loved bro and not alone.
