Don't every try biotique cucumber toner it's full of alcohol and smells like a nail polish remover, I have acne prone oily skin, it just makes my skin worst.

I have combination oily skin type and I have tried 4 of these toners (Biotique, Klairs, Plum and Kama ayurveda)
Biotique did not nothing, gave pimples and I had to throw it out.
Klairs is giving me break outs and I don't want to throw it because it's so expensive.
Plum, I felt didn't do anything initially but after I finished half the bottle, it started giving glow on my face.
Kama ayurveda is good but didn't do anything special.
I personally do not feel the need to use hydrating toners since moisturizers are already there for that. I feel toner should do something like helping pores, acne etc. Just my personal opinion :)

I finally found the reason on UA-cam. Kama rose water is made from a particular variety of rose which is rare and expensive.
Klairs has a different toner, fragrance essential oils free. I saw it on amazon.... I think u should give it a try
For some reason, I am unable to trust Biotique as it doesn't release all of it's ingredients

I've used the Plum toner, and guys let me tell you, for those who gave sensitive skin and also those who have skin issues with strong fragrances- DO NOT USE IT. It will cause breakouts. Trust me🥺.
But the good vibes pomegranate toner (which I bought watching her review) is mild and a good one❤

I do not know why, these days everyone talks like expert but ignores the importance of being one truly....
Plum is full of chemical & specially the toner 😒 smells like harsh perfume, mixed with water..also not handy as it does not have a spray opening.

honestly plum toner is incredible, it did miracle on my skin also it is budget friendly and 100% vegan I loved loved it, I would recommend that whether you're having dry or oily skin type or having acne problem, trust me you won't regret after use also it has like very mild aroma which makes you feel fresh, YOU MUST GIVE IT A TRY ❤️❤️❤️

I have oily acne prone skin...gets breakouts easily.. I am using plum green tea toner for almost 2 years now.. and this is the best toner for pimples... kama ayurveda rose water is also awesome but does nothing extra to my skin..❤❤

@@jenniekimmy9500 then for moisturising you may use face shop white seed or infact the water based chia seed ..both are equally good..another thing is you may simply use kama ayurveda rose water toner..that a great one to main skin ph balance...try any of these three..trust me your skin won't regret

Kama ayurveda i m currently using...yes its hydrating no doubt ..it doesn't irritate your skin no unwanted smell..no breakouts...its good for hydration...cant speak much about open pores...

I have been using cucumber toner for last one year and my skin is getting worse. i have never realize that a toner can cause acne and breakout. As u hv mentioned that many of them complains about it. Mine is dry skin type. I used good vibes pomegranate toner. My skin got irritated after applying tonner. I observed two - three times and then stopped using it. Then I tried Plum Nicinamide rice water toner. It's suits me so well.

Plum toner..i have acne prone oily skin ...super sensitive. It didnt break me out..but the fragrnce triggered my wheezing..Such a strong fragrance

This product may be suitable for others but I have sensitive skin and I tried this good vibes toner and I got skin irritation with small bumps on my face.later only I came to know that people with sensitive skin should avoid any product with fragrance.
I've tried both of biotique's toner for my acne- IT DOES NOT WORK RATHER MAKES YOUR SKIN WORSE.
For plum toner on nykaa its written “Do not wipe off” and splash on face and pat dry or air dry. Please tell what is the best way to use it.
You should not be wiping off the toner. Else, there will be no use of applying them. Just pat it on your skin or let it dry on its own. 😊 after that, you can use your daily moisturiser.

Biotique toner is full of alcohol and has such strong alcoholic nailpolish remover kinda smell to it... i tried using it twice a day fr arnd 25days..n my face was full of acne...(i otherwise hardly get any)🙄

This information is good. Because These days tonners are full of alcohol and harming skin badly. But I am lucky enough to have Planet Ayurveda's Cucumber and rose toners. They are just the best without any additives. I recommend it to all.

Hello chetali im a medical student and an ardent follower of ur videos.
I know that biotique toner is your favourite and bought one too with the aim to give my skin extra care but i have some concerns. Plz do help if u can, i have texted biotique too regarding the same.
1. The main function of toners is to restore pH to 5.5 but no where could i find any data on its pH. Is it possible for you to run a pH test on the toner and other favourite toners of yours
2. Its a water based product but claims to be presevative free. This is scientifically impossible which brings me to the concern if they are using non permitted presevatives or even the permitted ones in inappropriate percentages.
So basically im a lil sceptic about trying this on my skin lest it may create problems in the long run.
