Some people have previously jailbroken and even if they install a new IPA, say upgrade from iOS 13 to 16, there’s still going to be an error because of the fs. And you can’t fix it after the fact because the old jailbreak tool won’t load on the newer iOS. The only possible fix is to wait for a new jb tool and “restore root fs” or select “reset and erase iPhone”.
