I wasn't gonna type this all out and let this slide... but I hate cheaters with a passion lmao. (You're absolutely cracked Axel, keep up the great work and stay safe)
    --
(For the first guy, fair is fair, you actually can spot the first guy around 1:14, but he (cheater) was already heading straight to him basically by pathing/movement, and like you said, it's 100% irrelevant anyway due to norecoil, let alone situational awareness.)
But that second guy is actually just totally delusional. (That's not how slander works literally or in a litigious context, and international law is different/complicated on top of that... What are they going to do? Summon you to a personal lawsuit?? 💀)
Just wanted to point out, not only is that guy cheating, but he ALSO lied about being a "semi-professional cs:s player" on top it, or has a terrible memory. (going 0-16 in Open league, TWL, and gun game ladder doesn't count bro) There was absolutely no scene 18 years ago for source, the game had just came out in 2005, people didn't even try playing it until like late 06-07, solely because it CAME with Half-Life 2, and any sort of leagues didn't immediately catch on until like '08-ish, because everyone was still playing 1.6 that was actually seriously competing. 08 was like the pop-off year for ESEA, and when CEVO was trying to compete against CAL... So not only is he cheating scum... lol. I was *actually* trying to break into invite during that time, and lost a ton of money in semi's @ LAN to a mouse firmware cheater. Absolute scum of the earth.
...If you really wanna laugh though, not only does his current steam account not even OWN cs:s, or the one he just made to play CS:GO again... his most recent steam account (that he has his ttv advertised in his name) is VAC banned, both by Valve and a game developer (as of ~500 days ago). LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. So he cheats in most games he plays that require any amount of skill or dedication.

I love your work Axel, i’m fairly new to the tarkov scene myself, and i Think even with cheats i would still be ass to this game. But i have a hate/love relationship to this game.
    BUT..
i’ve a kind of double sided stomach feeling watching this. I’ll never be a supporter of using cheats in games, as you State in your video is a unfair advantage over others, and people who is playing clean and has been putting alot of effort in to be good at this particulair game. I can’t stop thinking, Why people would cheat in Tarkov exclusively. The community has learned through Goats video, that atleast 60% of the games you play has ATLEAST 1 cheater Per map. It feels like (and i can Think that myself too when something just seems Way to obvious, that i feel robbed of time, as there is factors like, roubles and “you die, you loose everything” style of gameplay. And if this many cheaters is running around, what is my chance of staying alive, unless i stop moving 1 pixel the whole game and i maybe looted a set of matches. As a newer player, who has his second wipe i feel extremely devaluated, not only by the cheaters but by BSG aswell. And it’s Extremely discouraging to stick to the game. BSG May sat they banned like 2k people from week to another, but if we stay fair, there is atleast 1 cheater each map in rough estimate. Now we can do the math to look at the true Numbers of cheaters. And i Think it was Tigz that had a ingame chat with a cheater saying goats information was on the low end.. idk, but i hope BSG fix this issue sooner than Later.

I mean look at his tracking, movement and aim, especially on the kill at 9:49 Out of all his shots he only hit him once out of luck... with no-recoil cheat... while crouching in panic LMAO

A perfect example would be in America where there are very restrictive laws in some states about recording phone conversations unknowingly. But if you happen to live in one of the states without restrictive laws then you can record any conversations you want to without repercussions because you are physically intestate without a restrictive laws.

Coming from a family of lawyers..... By law any cheaters can be charged for cheating in a video game, Under the terms of service which is a contract everyone signs inorder to play the game. But the reason that majority of people never do such actions is because of the cost to outcome. Talking almost 35k a head per legal fees to do such.

It is actually against in he law to publish the contents of an email, if it is not of general public interest and use. I do underetand privacy is nothing people do experience in Russia for the past few centuries, but that does not mean this does not apply for any other country in Europe.
And yes, he could sue you for publishing the email. You do business in Germany too (via UA-cam), so there is access to you in that regard and a german court would accept the case. Hate to say it, but he is right unfortunately.

Hey cool video and greetings from Germany... ROFL xD
First of all, what the dude said about confidentiality of letters etc. there is such a law that is correct
    (Criminal Code (StGB)
Section 206 Violation of postal or telecommunications secrecy)
    The point is here
    you both exchanged emails
The § 206 STGB serves to protect against the unauthorized opening / passing on of foreign letters and CO
not but if you both have exchanged this e-mail correspondence then it is no longer an e-mail perse but a dialogue exchange which took place via e-mail.
From there, neither Interpol nor the German judiciary will bend their fingers
Because, as already mentioned, no law was broken.

  • @imperialspacemarine1539
    @imperialspacemarine1539 Рік тому

THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVISE IM NOT A LAWYER
As a german: privacy of letters only then applies if an entity that is neither the person that send the email nor the person recieving the email reads said email without getting consent from either. You streaming that mans email is you, The RECEIVER, giving consent to the entity "CHAT" to read said letter. i think its written somewhere when creating a twitch account that anything streamed is streamed with the consent of the streamer to be seen by others. so you should in theory be covered when it comes to that.
THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVISE IM NOT A LAWYER
