Ray is one of the very best l have ever trained with. Not only a super nice man a true genius. I spent 10 days of private lessons with him in which l learnt more than decades of training. Not only can he do he also knows how to teach. Luv ya Ray ....( From Charlie)
Totally agree. He's also a laid back and humble person. He also has a sense of humor which sometimes instructors lack when teaching. Can't be serious all the time :). We'll forward this message to Tuhon ray.
@@FMAPulse honestly and l am not easily satisfied. He did things with me in my medium sized room in Manila that l have never done before I my 45 years. He just has a genius way of quite gentle handling and guidance to make you really get deeply into what he is trying to impart. On last day he had me do things that l had no idea l could do. One last thing- have you noticed that all FCS members are good people. No egos, no wannabe, no certificate hunters. That says a great deal. Please pass on my best regards to him.
Glad you appreciate the flow and techniques of Tuhon Ray :). Stay tuned, we'll be releasing a new technique video every Thursday for the month of August highlighting Tuhon Ray and FCS.
Panantukan is the isolated empty hand training to some of the FMA styles, they may call it different like Pangamut or Suntukan. Since there are different languages in the Philippines, it can go by different names. Kali is general term of various FMA styles just like eskrima or arnis. It's supposed to encompass the totality of combat: weapons and empty hand.

I like the new approach to the new techniques with instructors 👍🏽
Thanks. We've been playing around this idea of being more involved with the instructors when they do their technique.
Beautiful paring of the strikes.
Ray is amazing, thanks for showcasing him!
Not a problem, Tuhon Ray is highly talented in learning the concepts of other systems and incorporating them in FCS as well.

Awesome Jessie! Keep training and learning from others.
I'm always an open book. Just like food, I'm down to try anything.
One of nicest and most skill full l have met
Agreed, Tuhon Ray is really soft spoken and chill in person. Once he's on the floor he knows how to entertain the crowd.
Brilliant
Awesome!
Nice flow and transition
Tuhon Ray says FMA is like Jazz. You flow and freestyle within the rhythm.
👍👍👍👍
great video.
Thank you, much appreciated.
What is the difference between kali and panantukan ?

@@FMAPulse so basically, panantukan is the open handed arnis ?
It looks "relatively easy", but takes weeks only the first part to learn dicently...
Its like Wing Chun
As the saying goes, the body can only move in so many ways. There's bound to be overlap from system to system, style to style.
It's TRUE.
