Don't be fooled by screenshots of this one - it's one extremely shoddy port. The intro, intermission scenes, ending, and several levels have all been axed (or at least severely cut down), and the graphics go downhill pretty quickly the further you get into the game. If you really must take on the world, do it on the NES instead.
Thanks for playing this one. I have this on the Game Gear and I could never beat it. Thanks again. Also the game was released for the Game Gear in Japan and Brazil, as well.
You have to do a running jump. Iirc, hold down the jump button to run (ridiculous, right?) and then right at the last second, let go of the button and push it again right away to jump, and hold it down through the jump. He go farther and should make it.
Not only this game is Ugly, Cut-down, Stupidly Easy, and Shoddy. The Music is Ass, because they are only 2 short Tracks. And The Ending is One of the Worst in the History. The NES version was not a Good Game but at least I can entertrain you for a While.

+Nine-Tailed Kitsune Oh man, the GG versions were super hard. You couldn't see anything until you were right on top of it!
Yeah. And the indicator for when you're damaging the boss is not clear at first to people who played the NES game first (like me).
Wrong. The Game Gear version was already in Brazil and Master System also. It's US.
This music loop has probably caused the deaths of countless innocent children.
CarozQH It keeps repeting for me, so.
I remember every Simpsons game back then being a disappointment. None could match the arcade. Bart's Nightmare prob only one I still don't mind.
10:13 the third rock is impossible to jump!!! Bart's jump is short. What can i be doing wrong?
