We are living in a country where connections matter more than talent, and the education system is failing us with outdated syllabuses that are 20 to 25 years old. However, for those with the courage to pursue freelancing, there are significant opportunities to achieve milestones and attain financial independence, recognizing the true value of their skills.

Thank you for summarizing the challenges young people are facing when entering the field. A short summary of the video:
    1. Freelancing is not a career, building your own company should be the goal.
    2. Freelancing is not the only solution to unemployment.
    3. Skills obtained thru short courses have a success rate of less than 1%. 1000 in 100k, are able to make maybe a $1000 regularly, rest 999000 fail.
    4. University degrees opens up a lot of career paths for both in Pakistan and abroad. A matric pass self-taught person reduces a lot of his/her success, in jobs abroad or locally. So, people pursuing University degrees shouldn't abandon their degrees for short skills courses. There are people for whom short courses are better, but that doesn't mean University degrees are useless. There should be a balanced approach.

Yeah I also think same like this university degree matters alot it's help in career short course only for learning and make a tiny difference to enhance skill
But the main point is If anyone doing degree also learn skill in this particularly field then I 100 sure he will definitely successful

This really is a very important issue that you've mentioned here and one that younger people require a better understanding about.
