Born 1984 "Year of Orville", performed in The Bodyguard "a Whitney Houston song", there is a cat teddy in the VT hidden behind the other teddies. She is from California 'South West USA'. This is Melody Thornton (Former Pussycat Dolls).

I don’t think they should be celebs that have been on the masked singer on other shows. She can definitely sing though ❤
TV is a closed community due to "Equity" members only. Hence the few only appear and they rotate here, there and such forth...Whom ever it was, Melody rang out beautifully. 😮❤🎉😊 PS Melody was one of the Angel Interceptor Pilot's in Gerry Anderson's Captain Scarlett as well as "UFO" series on Moon Base Alpha. Those purple 🟣 wigs were fabulous too. ATV was the independent channel because many a Summer school's out Holiday was sent watching the test card. I think my Aunty Kay modelled the girl with the chalk. There were only three channels back then in 1970's.BBC1, BBC2 and ATV in my central location within UK. Communication's advanced due to the Space Race....RF signals all around the world. The advents on ATV were the source for funding hence Cola Cola "I'd like to see a world of hope..". The "Flake" advert was sexy but The Milk Tray 📥 man was another favourite. Other products were advertised and Open University accounted for most of BBC2's content. @edreacts-maskedsinger they use everything as clues. Even Charlie from Busted week 1 last year was Police cars/ sirens as staging = reference to someone being 'busted'. We'll see anyway, but my money is on Melody. 😃 It's a bit of fun too, so keep it friendly. 👌

They wouldn’t do something such as accidentally showing hair. When they make these masks they have to make sure all their hair goes into it otherwise it’ll just give it away
Also Emma Willis is a model and tv screens could be a nod to her being one of the leading tv presenters in the country they mentioned model because maypole said a model maypole so the clues could be all pointing at her

Maypole and Cricket were the best 2 on the night but up against each other so one had to be bottom 3. Cricket maybe had a bit more general entertainment value in addition to a great voice.

I am gonna make a completely unexpected left field guess & say Katheryn Winnick. Mind you, I have not watched the episode (cause I am not from UK) & hence not heard the clues etc. I am basing it only on this video clip/performance.
PS. Maypole sounds, in places, kinda like Rita Ora, but I am leaving her out of the guesses cause if this mask will be competing & she will be back to the panel at the same time, then that alone makes it not a viable guess.

I think it's Anne Marie the voice sounds just like Anne Marie and the clues add up. Plus Anne's voice is very recognisable so I think she's trying to disguise it a bit.
