Keep you worship team in the spirit of brokenness and humility. Have them stand behind a tall cloth every Sunday for worship and you will see the faithful ones and watch GOD be glorified. To the worship team it's not about being seen our how beautiful you sing its about the heart of worship. If I pastor a church I would have the worship team not be seen but only heard. GOD gets the glory.
