you need proper protection and spotting. if you have those, try to overcome the feeling and try. otherwise if you don't have support and protection it's better to be scared.
I'm a level 7 gymnast and it's scary at first but it's not scary once you do it once you can do it it's not scary anymore And I know that you can do it!!!!😊
Okay a tip I would give is my dad helped spot me but then I lost it so I would try doing it on trampoline then once you feel really confident move on to the air track and while doing it on air track you will start to get more confident then try it on a mat and you have it. (Before you try make sure your ready and comfortable)
