I eventually saw the note, apparently it was from a guy Frank was seeing and it was quite vulgar. I can't say what was on the note, but let's just say it was orally graphic. Frank got really mad over this, but it never would've happened if he wasn't such a creep. His sexuality wasn't the issue, it was how he acted that repulsed people. Since then, anytime I see the name Frank I can't help but laugh and think of that note. 😂

At 4:19 mark i dont have shovel option. This is ps5 version. Second time playing this version. Ps4 version play3d thru no problems. Im confused😂
I also did it on PS5 - I feel like I remember the shovel option being a little glitchy, maybe try retracing a few of the previous steps?
OK believe I figured it out. For ps5 version at Mark 3:09 talk to guy 3 times.

There's only 4 stacks, the PS4 and PS5 versions for EU and NA - nothing for JP or AS.
