UP ki ik aala dish mey is ka shumar hota hai .Mera taluq Lucknow sey hai hamarey ghar ki ye khaas dish hai or sardion k mausam mey khai jati hai --yeh daal or haddi wali gosht mey banta hai or thori gravy mey banta hai dry nahi hota !

Urad goshat is from barelly ,it is soup constantly dal gosht eaten with rice ground zeera and red chilli is put and eaten with desi ghee

G sir golimar mai muraadabadi log rehty hain ab bhi peetal ka Kam hota hai peetal Gali mai Kafi dukaney hain.
My ancestors also from muraadabadi and my father was a welder of peetal work .His work is very famous in peetal Gali.
Abrar Hussain was his name in 2014 he passed away in very young age.

Yes,I learnt from naii(khansama)and it's quite different, ye degh mein poori Raat slow cook Hoti Hai and next Day serve Ki jati hai,isi ka vegetarian substitute daal makhni Hai Jo Hindu Punjabis na adopt Kiya thha with few changes but they too slow cook it overnight
