Cardiology Pance review.
Best congenital heart disease lecture I've come across yet! You explain the "why" which helps me with retention better than anything. But you also don't go in too deep into the "why." Please keep up the good work.
You made my day 😌. Thank you!
Thanks a lot for the video...very useful.
@@cramthepance thank you for the video
For the first time a professor has decided not to be a cow. This is the best I have seen of CHD lecturer. Condensed and concise

One way to remember the 5 Ts of cyanotic that my professor said was
Truncus Arteriosus (1 vessel)
Transposition of great vessels (2 vessels)
Tricuspid Artresia (tri, '3')
Tetralogy of Fallot (tetra '4')
Total Anomalous pulmonary venous return TAPVR (it has 5 letters)

Outstanding presentation. I hope you would make a presentation on common infectious diseases. God bless you
Definitely in the plans for the near future. Thanks!
Would love to see some integumentary lectures
Hi! Love the video. For the PANCE is it necessary to know the murmur’s sound description? I.e high pitched, holistic murmur = VSD?
For your clinical medicine exams I would know them, for the PANCE, not sure I can say it would be worth the time to memorize all of the descriptions, maybe just a few of the main ones.
Thanks a lot preparing for my exam
Happy to help! Good luck on the exam!!
Just subscribed!!!
Thank you!
Excellent video as always - greatly appreciate all of your work. If we wanted to make a donation to you should we do it via the UA-cam "Thanks" option?

Another way to recall the "machine like" murmur for PDA is "Need a patent for the machine." Hope it helps!
That’s a really good one! Thanks!!
Thank you!(: Nursing student here :D
No problem! Good luck in school!!
This is going to be the key to my success for my upcoming Cardio exam. Such a time saver. Thank you for making these. My classmates and I wished you had a video for Conduction disorders. Would you consider doing one ?
Definitely, its in the plans for the near future. Thank you!
My best recture ever
Thank you so much!!!
How come coractation of aorta and pda are not cyanotic?
Cyanotic conditions only occur when deoxygenated blood crosses over and sneak out to the periphery of the body. PDA we have oxygenated blood (NOT deoxygenated) flowing from the aorta back into the pulmonary artery through the patent ductus and to the lungs. And a coarctation there is no contamination of deoxygenated blood, all that's happening is the blood is flowing through a narrowed are of the aorta making the left ventricle have to work harder.
@@cramthepance oh yes thank you so much!
@@cramthepance my mind I was confusing it even though I know pathology but during exam also I don’t know why I get confused but if I talk it out or write it out it helps then!
❤
Niece lacture
Thank you!
This is an absolutely phenomenal lecture. You explained things so well and I actually remembered so much by the end of it!! I love cardiology, but so much goes into congenital heart disease which can be intimidating, and this was an amazing & concise way to put it all together! Your channel is the best I’ve ever come across.
Thank you so much!!!
Wpw
Never had a good understanding of these in school until now, I appreciate this so much!! Thank you. Studying for my peds EOR!
Thank you so much! And good luck on your EOR!
