Makes 1.5-2 litre Sharbat/juice
Keri/ Raw Mango 3 peeled. cut them unevenly
Weight 300 grams
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2.5 cups
Cook/Boil everything till the keri gets soft and you get a syrup consistency.
Let it cool. Blend
You can freeze it in small batches/bottles. Can be used whole year.
For 1 glass
Add 2 tbsp syrup to glass
Fill water/Soda
Ice
Enjoy
Optional:
Kala Namak, salt, mint leaves etc
