This has been a 4 year journey with Sydney. I am stronger. Happier. And the 530am workout for me is my time. Everyone is asleep. It’s my time. No one bothers me. And it’s one of the best times of the day. Let’s keep going.
Any tips for staying consistent in waking up at the same time? Some days I hit 5:30 and then others I start as late at 7 but then by then everyone is awake
@@breannalea1547 the only way to wake up consistently early is to consistently go to bed by 8:30 to 9:00 pm. Due to my schedule, I work out at noon some days, then at 4:30 pm on other days.
@@breannalea1547for me, anyway, going to sleep earlier than I maybe prefer, ensures that I wake up in time AND refreshed because I've given myself buffer time if I have trouble falling asleep. The other half is just discipline in getting started on time which comes with practice and intention. Hope you find what works for you!
You know what I’m most proud of accomplishing? Doing things to help my progress after the workout. For me the workout is the easy part, because I can get up early before everyone wakes and pump out a workout! Helps me so much with mental clarity and dealing with everything throughout the day as a SAHM, that’s my me time(every 5am)💪buttttt now that I have 4 kids I’ve struggled with getting my food, meal prep, fuel to help aid my goals right. FINALLY when Sydney announced Summertime Fine, something just clicked with that week off, and I got my nutrition in order!I’m FINALLY seeing some results, getting past the plateau I’ve been in for AGES! So, thank u Sydney for encouraging us to fight for ourselves and our goals and our health throughout the day, not just stop at the workout and call it good 😅❤
I have been trying so hard to get my nutrition in order - tracking my macros - trying to be conscious of gluten free eating and am seeing nothing move except the scale it goes up 2lbs one day down half the next up the following day - so frustrating - been this way for months and months Nothing is working for me so going to see my doctor this month - happy you are seeing results - at 64 years of age my metabolism is done

Haven’t missed a program, a few days here and there, but have done every program since. I’m almost 65 and she’s 71! We’re both in the best shape we’ve ever been in. Thank you Sydney & Dustin!!!
Me too! I've been working out consistently with Sydney since 2019 and never taken more than a few days off while traveling, during that time. Now if I could just manage to consistently eat good! That's more variable for me 😭

Just knowing there are others out there in the world who's lives have been forever changed in one way or another by Sydney's programs, messages and workouts, gives me a huge uplift.

Exactly exactly exactly 👍🏻 super huge, so-called delay, onset muscle soreness, resulting from those ADLs on one side and those split squats and the lunges they do magic. I am proof of that because I have skipped them for a long time and now I see how focused it is on those particular muscles. 💪🏻

Ugh! I keep giving these new workouts a try and I just can’t…I did one of Sydney’s older strength and conditioning workouts yesterday. It was awesome 🤩! I miss the old Sydney. She didn’t seem so bored back then 😂.

I am a full time nursing student and I work full time as well but last week I decided to stop making excuses and to put my health first 😁 I know it will be challenging but I plan to show up everyday with a brand new mindset. @@breannalea1547 Try sleeping earlier, count your sleep cycle to get up at 5:30 at the end of it, that way you avoid waking up tired.
