If so, please zoom into that ladder. I am noticing the top rungs are significantly more narrow than the bottom rungs. Little giant ladders and extension ladders are much more uniform in width but A-Frame ladders are very wide at the bottom and narrow at the top. If this is an A-Frame ladder then it is most likely from inside the building where it would have been used to change light bulb and service the mechanicals hanging from the ceiling. Which further means it was more likely placed there by the COPS and not by the subject in question. However, if you are aware of another video showing a different ladder could you please point us all to that video?
