The video doesn't help? I mean some things are pretty advanced, but just make sure to never give up and follow the instructions carefully :)

So I had to rewatch some sections quite some time and unfortunately, I still did not mange to figure out how to do the arms. But all in all, I am really terrible at origami, so I got way farther than I expected to
