And it is a possibility there isn't any air conditioning. Some singers have used substance in the past, like Jim Morrison, Prince, and Steven Tyler, who admitted they didn't perform their best because they were high. I don't think Andy is doing drugs. He is up there having a good time, that is what I see.

When singers smile while singing, that makes it 100× better. It feels like he's putting his soul into it
How you know he is putting his heart into it is because he smiled through-out the whole song, even when the crowd wasn't looking, and the the fact that he was sweating buckets, for example, 3:25. My by far favorite part is 0:48, just the way he smiles makes me feel so happy.

Unlike so many other artists, his voice sounds the same on stage and in music videos. No autotune. Good and honest.
Listen to his national anthem. It's horrible. And actually they do put a filter on the sound from the sound board at the concert.

+MC BluePotato I work in DJ'ing, first off a soundboard is not the correct term, which is what makes me think you don't know jack about audio equipment. Secondly, yes certain things can be changed, but a "filter" wouldn't be the correct word, it would be autotune, which is done in recordings while they are editing, many artists use it, I've never seen it done live on stage, nor do I even know how it would be done. The only "filter" would be a type of popfilter to keep his breaths and sharp letter sounds like P's out of the microphone so it sounds better.
