Gauteng Health remembers Tambo Memorial Hospital staff who died during the Boksburg Explosion

In an effort to honour the sacrifice, selflessness and bravery exemplified by the health workers, Gauteng MEC for Health and Wellness, Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko on Friday, 08 December, unveiled the Wall of Remembrance at Tambo Memorial Hospital to pay homage to the 12 fallen heroes) who died while on duty on the day of the Boksburg explosion.
The memorial wall is not just a mere physical
structure of stone and names, it is a sacred place
that serves as a constant reminder of the personal sacrifices made and the unwavering commitment displayed by the health workers who sadly demised during the tragedy.
