But there must required the condition of being employee/voluteer/internee for at least 2 years(2800 hours) as per work experience option.
I guess maximum fresh graduated people don't have it.

Submission of education documents are mandatory for evaluation of Chevening Scholarship. So usually you can start processing after you have graduated and received your graduation documents.
