I don’t even care for Pat Barry but he’s been with her for a long time I think her whole career actually when she won the belt and when she won it back. I don’t even think her career took that big of a nose dive but it’s definitely not because of him

It's more like all these girls now are closer to her level. Her, Joanna, Wei Li, Amanda,and Valentina, were the standard after Ronda and now you're starting to see more and more of these girls that can hang nowadays at that level than before.

@@Ar1AnX1xI can't stand Pat but he's always been there. She beat Joanna twice,when nobody could beat her, and beat Zhang twice. The Carla fight was just a weird fight 4 Rose. Also she hasn't looked great since moving up 2 another weight class.

There was moments in her fights when she looked absolutely flawless, espescially her movement, man I am not gonna lie - me not a fan of WMMA but boy warriors like Rose, Valentina, Weili, Joanna - you must be crazy not to appreciate the skills of these women - they are og's of the game.
and to answer your question - absention of Trevor Wittman mustve been one of the lately issues mate, plus earlier that jump to flyweight to fight a killer like Manon Fiorot instead of trying to regain her title, and also youve mentioned Rose young - yes but shes been kinda long in that game you know, maybe the hunger aint the same..

Trevor Whittman her long time coach was ousted by Pat Barry. Pat didn't like his input and control over Rose.
I didn't notice before but between the announcers and the ultra loud corner man, all I heard was Rose this and Rose that the whole fight. Unimpressive victory with no major damage during control time.

Yeah I grew tire of them riding Rose's sack the whole time. I finally skipped to the end.
Man...I don't know. That was a bad fight for Rose. This was much closer than the judge's scorecard. I might have even given the fight to Amanda Ribas. She just seemed to be far more active.

Amanda does not have the greatest ring IQ. And she keeps that chin way to high. Roses footwork won this fight. And like others have said, whitman was good for Rose.

Hella job on the takedown defence on the first shot. Lots of people don’t understand that she still getting better. Moving up when she doesn’t have to takes lots of courage. That same challenge will force her to grow as an artist. I thought she looked sharper and more fluid against a dangerous girl. Outgrappled the bigger stronger person with technique and timing. Great martial performance, the seamless switching of stances was awesomely high level. Girl is pure inspiration. Wasn’t perfect but very solid win except for losing concentration a bit in the 3rd for a minute or so. She always bounces back strong from not great showings. Facts are that Whitman has worked absolute wonders with both Justin and rose. Yes they are both talented but not nowhere near they would have been without him. He molded and chiseled them into legendary statuses. He for sure one of just a few trainers who can totally change trajectories of careers. Lots of good coaches out there but very few wizards. Even tactically he is genius during fight instructions and making adjustments when his fighters veer off the plan.

That was a good fight for Rose. She moved up in weight where they hit harder and are stronger. Seems her power translated with her after beating top 15 fighter she should do well.
