Hello! K Dre I'm so glad you hear and see Ren's talent he made masterpieces as well!! Ren can't eat 95%of the food in the world without becoming very sick.He eats the same food everyday because of being misdiagnosed for half of his life. Ren is genius!! aHe is gifted artist who is a treasure! lol

They had to disband end of 2022 because Ren had to get treatment in Canada for a few months which turned into 18 months
Sadly it failed and he is struggling with autoimunity issues atm. All their catalog is 🔥 much like Ren!

Unfortunately Ren has MCAS and can't eat that food, but he grew up in the UK and this a staple ❤❤❤❤

Ren only has a handful of foods he can eat, recently he was able to add rice to his diet which was super exciting!
Ren can eat meat ( not pork), letuce, cucumber, squash, cocooil, and herbes. He has been living on that very restricted diet for almost ten years and was very excited, when he resently could add rice...
He only drinks wather and the. 🫖

@@bodilfrausing7966 And it's the reason why he looks so ripped in some of his videos. With this diet it is almost impossible to build body fat. So he is not in good shape, but it is a symptom of the MCAS. I've noticed several times since he published the Slaughter House video, that something that is actually a symptom of illness is perceived in such a positive way. If he were overweight because of the illness, the reaction would probably be different. In this context, I recommend his song 'Dominoes'.
As a brighton girl i can tell you thats preston street at the start, known for all its restaurants, i used to live round the corner - also Ren cant eat chips, his diet is very restrictive as he reacts badly to foods due to histamine intolerence from the lyme disease. Always so strange seeing Rens videos and recognising all the places i used to go (late night kebab on preston street in the 90's was a staple lol)

And yes, binge it all! Would be cool to see you go through his catalogue chronologically. The Ren rabbit hole is deep and wide, but every part of it is worth exploring - including the bands Trick the Fox and The Big Push.

I personally would start after Trick the Fox which was v much a teen boyband affair and mostly not the mature Ren we know now. Maybe go back to it if yiu literally run out of songs but his catalogue is huge with 2 solo albums Freckled Angels and Sickboi plus dozens of otherssongs on Demo Tape 1 and 2 and live busking performances I dont think his Trick the Fox days will impress nearly as much and there is sooo much to go through aside from that. Just my opinion....😊❤
Ren can't eat the food because of his illness he's on a super restrictive diet. I think that's why he throws down the food in frustration :(

Renegades will watch everything you give us.😂 Two hints: If they are numbered, do them all and in order. Always check for acoustic versions (for example Genesis), studio first then accoustic/ live. He also has earlier songs as part of Trick the Fox and later The Big Push.
FYI: as you learn more about Ren, you'll find out that the not eating is because he CAN'T eat it due to complications from long undiagnosed Lyme disease.

This one of my favorite Ren songs.. perfect match of beats with flows. The power of making the music to match creates things not heard elsewhwere
I like his more laid back rapping style as well where he isn't so expressive with his voice..however. there is times when both hits pretty well. I hope he makes more of this style. Another interesting track is called Jessica.
I’m sure somebody has said it… but he does his own productions most of the time and typically that is his voice in the background with some production. He also directs most of his videos. Oh and self taught guitar, piano, everything. 🤯 loving your reactions!

Ha! Almost every reactor comments on him not eating the food. Unfortunately, Ren's diet is limited. Like EXTREMELY limited. A handful of vegetables, a few herbs, and a few different meats. He recently was able to introduce rice to his diet, the first 'new' food in about 10 years. He was proper excited ❤

I’ll be sure and yes that sucks that his diet was limited but I’m sure it helped a lot to get him back healthy
