I live next to a highway and hear bikes ripping it, but only once, in the dead of night, I heard the screech of a DEMON whipping that shit down the highway, so fast and so loud that he was gone in like 2 seconds from being able to hear him to not. I just started laughing like "who hurt this man" cuz omfg, wax wings in the sunlight, beautiful yet horrifyingly dangerous.
i once fell while going 120, The palms of my winter motobike gloves were absolutely gone. like another 50 meters of slide would damage my palms, thank god i was wearing gloves.
I crashed at 80mph and was wearing some 230$ Alpinestar motogp gloves. Gloves took some scraping but my hands were fine. Someone asked me why I spent so much money on my gloves. I showed him my hands and said “because I only have two of these and they aren’t replaceable”.
gloves also just help with blisters and the wear you get on your right hand from throttling so much and holding on tight not to even mention the vibrations, omg do gloves help with the vibrations a lot.

I came up in the day when the 186 mph Hayabusa and the Z10 were pushing the 200 mark and we all thought we'd never get there either. 250 doesn't seem out of the realm now, we'll just have to wait and see. Maybe some math genius can figure it out on paper!

If it was your time, one of those foxes would have been splattered after causing your bike to go out of control and even then it's in God's hands. I've seen guys lay their bikes down at 120 mph, slide for an eight of a mile and get up with just a bad case of road rash (full leathers of course) I wouldn't want to see the same thing happen to anyone at 210 mph.

I once had the opportunity to ride a Ninja H2. I've never been on a bike ever since. Let me tell you, it is a fuxcing transformer by the sounds of it. The speed however just threw me off i was scared shitless, never have i felt that rush going 150 mph. Bruh it's supremely exquisite what an engineering marvel. My hands and feet were trembling with fear as i got off the bike after the ride. Never going to forget it.

I joined that special club over 20 yrs ago on a tred Hayabusa in NM. You resort to the shallow breathing mode. As a pensioner I've pulled the tre on the Hayabusa to practice moderation. I ride with full gear.

I hit a dog at around 90mph. Broke all my fairings, but the bike stayed up. The gyroscopic forces at 100+ are immense. A deer will take you out though, I have no doubt, the bike will keep going though lol
The pull from 170 - 190 is furious. The problem with doing high triple digits on a bike is you get fatigued pretty damn quick.. it's unsustainable.You have to be in top shape for the excessive forces on your wrists and arms. Now you can do those speeds in a Mercedes Benz and just float to some nice tunes :) Won't get there quite as fast but you'll last a whole lot longer ;-)

No really much moding between the H2 and the R. The difference is flow through exhaust, ECU tuning, camshaft, and intake head gasket. It doesn’t cost another 25k like the R.

I've owned nine Kawasaki motorcycles since I was 15 years old. My '84 GPz1100 had a Wiseco 1135 overbore and nothing else. Stock pipes and DFI. It was the fastest bike around and didn't blow my eardrums out. I would slow down to pass traffic. I didn't scare people with sonic booms. It didn't go 200, but it was plenty fast. If we wanted to really go fast, we rode to the boonies. If we had ridden like that on the interstate, the state police would have shut the entire highway down to protect the public and catch us. Such antics endanger innocent people's lives and tarnish all motorcycle enthusiasts.
