Are you aware that your footage is of Shelter Island not Harbor Island? I think you can correct the title and delete my comment. Nice work though, beautiful video. Thanks for sharing this.

My wife and I will be vacationing in San Diego soon and staying on Harbor Island so we were checking out drone videos of the are and I was thinking to myself...this doesn't look like the place I saw on Google Street View. :) I decided to look in the comments to see if anyone said anything and sure enough!
