Originally apart of the Washington D.C. Air Raid Siren system "WAWAS", later installed at the west end of Gordon, Nebraska in the mid 1990's, to now my backyard!
@@kansasstatealerting2874 I purchased it from Rogersville, MO after winning a sealed bid for it. Got the whole thing for $100. Needed a lot of work since they threw it off the roof of a silo, but it has since been restored and looks great.
I could probably help get panel lasercut CSV's made so some local sheetmetal manufacturer could make them but I'd need extreme precise measurements from another thunderbolt owner

Nice to see another siren enthusiast with an ex-WAWAS siren. I have a 1971 WAWAS Thunderbolt 1000T myself.

I owned the 1003 and the other 1000T originally, I sold them due to downsizing.

There is a thunderbolt tornado siren it's on the back corner of a very old building but it is snowing years cuz I know the sound of a thunderbolt
