I had a baby shower with a gift registry, so I spent zero on newborn essentials. To those who are expecting, it might be a good idea to arrange a shower and have a list of things you want as gifts for your baby. Any mall has a registry section, mine was SM. Most godfathers and godmothers are almost always willing to help out.
It might be good for the mom or parents, but out of delikadeza, its much better to shoulder expenses for ones newborn instead of indirectly obliging godparents to get this and that so one spends zero. that's the (other) purpose of registries. Its no different from asking cash instead of gifts during weddings, which many people find in bad taste. Its much better to get hand-me-downs from relatives and friends like what Kryz does sometimes, that's practical and sustainable.
@@cory9648 agree. This is also the reason why we decided not to have a baby shower. It feels like we’re asking for stuff… Unless the baby shower was organized by a friend/family member, then this is fine with me.
@@cory9648 Except it’s not the same as asking for cash, because registry items are for the baby and not for the parents. And no, no one was obliged. Its true that it is a matter of budgeting. However, there are some health considerations which is why it might cost u more. Not all products are manufactured the same. And most of the time high quality products are priced higher because of the raw materials used.

the good thing about baby stuff is that if you decide to have more kids in the future, you can just pass down the clothes and items to the next babies 😊
As much as baby clothes and other stuff are expensive, maybe it would be helpful also to discuss about vaccines because that’s what really shocked us after having our baby. Because we all know that every excited parent would spend months or even years researching and saving up for all those nice and cute things for their babies that will probably only end up in the garage or in our case, sa Marketplace/Carousell haha, but what we don’t realize is mas may kailangan tayong pag handaan which are vaccines na napaka dami and napaka mahal din pala. And just a tip for soon to be new parents, you can also take advantage din of the free vaccines offered sa mga LGU or baranggay natin. I just finished watching Slater's vlog. Now I'm here. You're really an awesome couple! So inspiring for people like me, we just got a pre selling house and we're also planning to have a baby na. You're videos are giving me a lot of perspective. ❤️🙂
Every couple has a budget to keep & can find ways to get essentials for a new borns. Baby showers helps out to know what else you can get before baby birth date comes. Of course Family planning is a good thing to do, if some can help it, lol !
I'm a new mom, my baby is just 2 months old & my budget for all the newborn baby stuff was only 30,000 & it was already enough, i have all of the items she mentioned & more (except for the car sit). Kanya-kanyang diskarte lng talaga yn kng pano ka makakatipid, u just need to be a wise mom, the price doesn't matter, as long as it has good quality & good for ur baby that's already enough reason, it doesn't have to be expensive, really.
Actually the comfort of your baby is included in the bare minimum of everything. You also have to consider the cloth of the clothes for your baby, the materials used in everything that you have to buy that could potentially trigger allergies (which is maybe why sobrang daming babies na may skin condition, rashes and all). That is why when buying things for our baby hindi dapat "mura lang so eto na bilhin" we should also think about what is right to buy for our baby.
This is another reason I keep on thinking that maybe, at least they earned 1M per month 😁 …imagine paying for household bills and utilities, salaries for household helpers, household supplies and kitchen supplies, baby’s needs, couple’s personal needs, trips etc…
I wouldn't recommend wooden toys even if they "environmentally friendly" because molds can grow on them and babies tend to shove anything into their mouths, so maybe they would get sick
I teach toddlers and preschools, and we use wooden toys. Okay naman ang mga wooden toys and never naman nag molds. You have to store them lang sa open container.

In the contrary it is not that so expensive to have a baby you just to be practical. Do not buy expensive things that your baby will outgrow so quickly. Maraming mabibili sa shoppee and lazada na mura lang for your baby. And breastfeed your baby mas healthy and tipid.
Actually comfort of your baby is included in the bare minimum of everything. And maybe kung di yun afford edi di rin afford na mag baby, that's what real practicality is. 🤷♀
Making your newborn baby sleep on your bed is actually very risky and dangerous, there are a lot of cases where the parent roll over on the baby causing them to not breath and die. That is why making your baby sleep on the bed is not very recommendable, ideal and safe.
No actually! Actually comfort of your baby is included in the bare minimum of everything kaya mahal yung mga gamet nya dyan kasi guaranteed na safe yung brands and trusted . A Upang sterilzer for 20k is not an essential Kryz. This video is for “essentials” as you tittled it so you should have sampled the basics. There are a lot of other cheaper sterilizer that still does the job for newborns.
I disagree, at the time of the pandemic a good quality sterilizer is essential, maybe not the same brand but dapat yung kaya tumapat sa hospital grade, which most of the very cheap ones aren’t kasi maraming “UV kuno” knockoffs but light lang talaga. That expense is nothing compared to spending a million because of Covid or worse, burying your dead child.
@@cvsarahjane i did not said in my comment above that a sterilizer is not essential for newborns. It’s the expensive brand im talking about. Please re-read. Gooodddd morning skyyyfaaaam ❤❤ HERE SINCE THE FIRST LOCKDOWN 😂❤
Ate kryz, i like your pants😍😍😍😍, is that love, bonito?
We just have different life styles, ms. Kryz just wants the best for Scottie..
I'm not a mother. But I enjoyed watching this 'cause she speaks so wellll. ugghh.
And maybe kung di yun afford edi di rin afford na mag baby, that's what real practicality is. 🤷♀
Wow your office looks so comfy
Yaaaaas new vlog from the queen mom! 🥰🥰
I like what my sister did. When she got married, she bought a King size bed. Never used a crib. 😂
Making your newborn baby sleep on your bed is actually very risky and dangerous, there are a lot of cases where the parent roll over on the baby causing them to not breath and die. That is why making your baby sleep on the bed is not very recommendable, ideal and safe.
Pang mayaman na budget po yan☺️
No actually! Actually comfort of your baby is included in the bare minimum of everything kaya mahal yung mga gamet nya dyan kasi guaranteed na safe yung brands and trusted . And I think they are also planning for more children kaya kung practicality din pag uusapan tama lang sya kasi my parents and aunties used the same brands as hers and lahat kaming 5-6 na magpipinsan nakagamit sa tibay. Mahal man pero long term investment is better.🥰 If di mayaman or may kaya, di afford mag bigay ng bare minimum= di afford mag baby.
Hi Kryz! I love your couch! Where did you get it? 🥰
I think namention niya po yung sa vlog niya before this po
Saving these tips for future purposes. Thank you ate Kryz
Hi!! Did u use baby plus prenatal education system when u were pregnant?
Thank you for this . Expecting my first baby by june .
Wow i used spectra too when I was breastfeeding my baby 3 years ago
This will be so helpful when I give birth next year. Hahaha. Thanks for this!
Thank You :) 💖💛🧡💖❤💝
Is Scottie still on rear facing position? I noticed he’s already front facing and he’s about the same age as my little girl and we’re still required to put her in rear facing position.
I believe po Wala namang rules. Pero Sabi mas safe daw for babies Ang naka rear position.
Make final products recommendation for new mommies please. Or you regret items that you bought
Or the practical babie must haves?

I'm 19 and omg wala pa akong plano pero wala lang nuod lang for future references + it's Kryz eh and Scottie hihi
I love the couch!
Ang mahal po kasi ng gamit ni baby, madami po na medyo cheaper pero works the same way as those items mentioned, pero mahal pa din magka baby 😁😁😁
This is the main reason why i dont want a baby😭😭😭😭
Magiging rich tita na lang yata ako :’>
Same haha
Legit. Same. HAHA!
Please do more sit down vids 🥰
Hi! What’s your watch? :)
magagamit lahat ni baby no. 2 🥰
As much as i love babies and kids, with our current population and the state of our planet and how nasty people are, im thankful for not having kids. I just can imagine the kind of world their generation is going to live in. Sad and negative but true
A Upang sterilzer for 20k is not an essential Kryz. This video is for “essentials” as you tittled it so you should have sampled the basics. There are a lot of other cheaper sterilizer that still does the job for newborns.
Sterilizer not needed for full time breastfeeding baby
Why go for cheaper if she wanted the best and she can afford it.
@@janwarie this video is not about what she wanted but rather, informing other moms of newborn “essentials”.
There are a lot of other quality brands that does the job without spending 20k for a sterilizer (e.g., Philips, Avent, etc…). She even said in her video that Upang is “aesthetically pleasing” which is - 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I think there was a mistake at 11:16
Na trigger ako sa title. Ahahaha pero worth it to watch.
For a crib naa ra may mga around 3k instead of 10k plus, for reversible stroller naa ra may around 5k instead of 20k plus. Mahalon man sad imong gina palit kryz.
mayaman sya what do you expect.
Sterlizer= “20,000 pesos lang😂”
You can adjust the floor ng crib you forgot that feature ng crib hehe
this is a big help for new generation an mag aanak hahaha
I don't have any plan on having a kid in the future. But now, I'm 10x sure I'm not having a kid agdjsksk
Waitin for your vlogsssss
That was huge one 🤔 but be practical as always just spend the money in other ways like giving birth and hospital needs prior to anything 🥰 #Justsaying I'm a Mamma of 2
she is practical. These items are actually very durable. My mom and aunties used the same brands as hers and until 5-6 kid na nagagamit parin. Included din po kasi ang durability and long term use sa pagiging practical. and I think they are planning for more babies kaya nag iinvest sila sa expensive stuffs
road to 1M 💙
Scottie the burrito! Awwww. He’s grown so fast! 🥺💖
Can you share where to buy scotty's sleeping bed/nest na super big? Pretty please ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for this video! I now know im not meant to have a baby! 😂
Your second baby would cost less kase you can still use them
Hello Ate Krizzzieee! You're so beautiful po. Parang hindi lng nanganak. Hehehe
Some of scottie’s things were given to them po, she said before in a vlog too, and yes mas mahal yung mga things nila since they can afford it, but i think the point of the vid is before having a kid make sure to provide their needs kasi gagastos at gagastos ka talaga

And when you say wise na nanay most of them actually ang iniisip lang is kung anong mura pero they don't think about durability, safety, and all these important things. Kaya siguro daming baby na may rashes, naaksidente, or may skin condition kasi sa pilipino na lalo ang ibig sabihin ng pagiging wise is mura. Pero di naiisip yung other effects na baby yung maapektuhan.
That's why pala Kryz did this video hehe
im a 23 year old single woman, idk why i am watching this 🥲
