Noel Brown (Joel Murray - Mad Men, God Bless America etc.) is a residential real estate agent and family man, whose business has taken quite a downturn in light of recent housing markets. In fact, he has one last chance to sell a home before losing his own to foreclosure. But when his listing finally gets an offer, his out-of-town clients request that he salvage a priceless item from their yard, with the guidance of a hand-drawn treasure map, and ship it to them. Now if only the nosy old lady next door would let things be…
