I'm not a Bobcat mechanic but I can try... 1st, check your fluid level 2nd, look for a leak in your cylinders and hoses/pipes. 3rd, look for a leak at the Hydraulic valve (under the cab on the left as you look at it from the front, I believe). The spool for lift/Tilt is there. There's good videos out there that show this repair. 4th, make sure the belt is spinning the Hydraulic pump 5th, make sure the pump has good pressure. If the drive wheels works, you prolly have good pressure 6th, check for a blocked hose/pipe These are the steps I would take. Let me know what you find.
