If you wanted to find out if the small characters are supposed to spin both ways or not you could hook them up to your polar bear one to see if they spin, and then hook the penguins to the Santa to see if they don’t spin.
Yeah I actually tried them on my Polar Bear and the motors didn't do anything, then when I tried the Penguins on the Santa it only spun one direction. I think my Polar Bear has board problems so, I guess I'm just unlucky when it comes to these specific spinning bases lol.
