A question for y'all-- since I'm not able to do this series as often or record as much as I'd like, how would you all feel about me keeping a separate deck on this Master Duel account so that I can keep Kaiba at the same rank? That way I don't have to start from rookie rank again every episode.
To Kaiba: there is a link-monster called linkuriboh. It's a link 1 monster, what need a level 1 monster, so you can summon it with any of your level 1 monster. It is good to send your stones to the grave and when the oppenent attacks, you can tribute it to change the atk of the attacking monster to 0.
I was hoping someone would exactly tell Kaiba about Linkuriboh after that one duel! Kaiba: "Linkuriboh, Eh? That sounds like one of Yugi's cards. But, if you think it will support my strategy and help me send my White Stones to the graveyard, who am I to turn down such an offer?"
The volume on the intro came out really quiet. Magia is a card that represents Yugi and Kaiba's friendship. "I can make it without using any Dark Magician cards." That's Kaiba alright. I have always thought that modern Kaiba would definitely be playing Bystials. He'd probably still be playing it in Blue Eyes instead of in Branded, but I could see it going either way. Branded does still involve a lot of big dragons, after all. Kaiba: You might not have noticed, but when you opened the Imperm bundle, you also got a Ghost Belle from one of the packs. Ghost Belle isn't quite as useful as your other hand traps, but it's still good to have, and may be worth considering if a lot of your opponents are removing cards from the GY. You also got a Union Hanger when you opened the Nibiru bundle, and it's support for your XYZ-Dragon Cannon cards. Some of those cards can make a decent deck too, though they don't help your Blue-Eyes and Bystial strategy much.
Yeah, the deal with the intro is that it was placed on the same track as my master duel footage, which was a bit on the loud side, so I had to turn that down, inadvertently turning down the intro too. But as long as it can still be heard, I don't think it changes the quality of the episode too much. Leave it to Kaiba to summon a collaborative monster all on his own. Yeah, Bystials are right up Kaiba's alley in a modern deck, easily taking the place of some of his older mid-range dragons like Kaiser Glider and Different Dimension Dragon. Kaiba: "I figured that Ghost Belle card seemed similar to Ash Blossom and the other hand traps that were mentioned. As for the XYZ Dragon Cannon cards, I didn't think they'd be nearly as good as my Blue-Eyes cards in the modern game, so I dismantled that Union Carrier. But if you all think there's something there, I could give it a second chance and look into it."

I see no Problems, when it is used to staying in the same rank after a new season begins.
