i don't know if you ever have time to actually read these comments Ziggy (understandably doubted). But somehow or someday I hope I can let you know how much your music means to me and has impacted my life. This song specifically. I took care of my father for the 9mo he fought Stage 4 Lung cancer that spread through his brain then all the way down through his body until I held him while he took his last breathe. (long story short haha) He listened to your music every single day and all day long. I thought it was him just feeling the beach vibe here in San Clemente, but what I learned once he passed was how he used every word to every song to leave a message. But this song in particular wasn't just a message for us, but it was what helped him come to true peace with his life and where it was going. His favorite part which as well reminds me of childhood memories is "Hey lets go fly a kite". It was like hey I am the one passing and chill. why are you trippin (which if you knew my Dad that was quite a change). Well here is my novel just wanting to share with the world how much this man's music means to me and my connection with my father on the other side. Ziggy's music has kept my Dad's spirit alive. I thank you so much for this and owe this man eternal gratitude!
I am sorry about your dad's cancer my grandma died of breast cancer but I have a seizure disorder called Epilepsy and Ziggy Marley and Bob Marley have always helped me with my disability my dad always plays one of them for me when I am coming out of a seizure
