Too bad the service in PAL Business Class sucks, I was ignored most of the flight, wasn't served the right food and the few times I got the attention of the crew the were rude

Although many times PAL Philippine Airlines strives to be a 5-star airline, they REALLY have to get their acts together. I don't see why they cannot achieve this goal, they just have to be serious about it. For one, the soft and hard products are non-consistent. Based on Skytrax Airline reviews, their ratings are abysmal. Customer service "SUCKS," especially when there are unfortunate delays. There are over 5 million++ overseas Filipinos, but many pick outside airline carriers for their business when they go home to the Philippines. Philippine Airlines have to be serious if they really want the coveted 5-star rating.

I knew most of those Chefs I’ve worked with them for 15 Fruitful Years,PAL used to be number 1 in ASIA it’s just sad to see napabayaan mula ng hawakan ng iba,dad very sad
