- For its 150th anniversary, @Piaget went to the realm of extreme complications and presented the slimmest tourbillon showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and innovation.
The new 41.5 mm Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon is only 2 mm in height and is water resistant to 20 metres. Two patents were obtained during the four years of research on this fantastic timepiece. The result is stunning and underlines the outstanding skills of the engineers working at the brand.
Watch our interview with Jérôme Nicolet, movement technical office manager of Piaget, to learn all about the creation of the world's slimmest tourbillon and let us know what you think.

Just wow!
Amazing
Very nice
Wooow!
Very impressive. If something like this breaks, would it be serviceable?
Love Piaget, but this seems pointless. Tourbillions are about as functional as a cuckoo clock, but less interesting.
I think you've missed the point. If you want function, go and buy a Casio.
