See my latest experiments and behind-the-scenes footage!
Today we’ll be using Lego Technic to blow some big bubbles. Did you know you can make bubbles out of mixtures of sugars, glycerine, and even cornflour? Well that's what ChatGPT tells me ... Now I’m on a mission to see if we can make big bubbles that actually taste and smell good!
So let’s find out if we can blow some big bubbles using a contraption made of Lego. And then rank them by flavour, smell, and bubble quality 😀

"well if it can blow a banana, it can blow a bubble"
Turns out I was right 😁
@@JamiesBrickJams as the video went on it got more and more sus
Are we gonna ignore the banana scene?

The banana scene is not what i expected from a lego video
😅
Machine: *does unspeakable things*
My brain: 👁️👄👁️
And moments later a banana appeared
😅
@@JamiesBrickJams imagine casually watching someone create a machine for bubbles and suddenly it does things to "curvy" bananas
casually just consumes soap
I ain't no foodie 🤷♂️
How have I not discovered this channel yet? You're gonna go far, man.
Aw thanks so much 😁🙏
"If it can blow a banana.."

Imagine listening to ChatGPT
what
I’ve never seen green-colored cream soda before, and now I want to buy some and try it.
That is the most common colour here
It's the best - really drives home that you're drinking pure chemical crap!
@@user-ip3zi5mb6lhere (USA) it's either completely clear and colorless, or maybe at most a pale yellow/beige color. Never seen cream soda with any strong coloring like that before, was somewhat disturbing 😟 although tbf that was the syrup, not sure how light it is when properly mixed
@@JamiesBrickJamsyeah, cream soda is usually full of dihydrogen monoxide 😵😱
@@2OXX You're not getting *me* with that trick again!
that banana was violated...

Ok that banana scene was a little sus as the youngsters would say
😅
Cream soda is always either pink or clear where I live.
Edible bubbles exist, they're mostly glycerine, and they only sort of work as bubbles.
Woah pink is an odd colour for cream soda. But I'm all for it. Any colour other than clear. I wanna both taste and SEE the chemicals!
So I recently found out that not only is cream soda different colours internationally, but also different flavours. Apparently, in the US it's basically just vanilla, in Australia and New Zealand it's likely a fruity sort of blue raspberry and bubblegum mix, and in Canada it's closer to cotton candy. There are probably more flavours than those, but that's all I know.
@@JamiesBrickJams Cream Soda isn't clear in America? It's ... well, cream colored. Most other sodas are dark, and Sprite is the only clear soda.
@@Notabot-2112 wow really, that's cool no wonder the ones here in the US suck ass. that might explain the different colored ones with additional flavors I saw as a kid but never again, btw those were my first ever cream sodas
I've seen clear here in the US only as a seltzer soda from the brand Original New York Seltzer
"the bubbles are beautiful and roBUST"
Hey
Great video, and im pleased to hear your another amazing South-African content creator!
Thanks a lot! I guess I'm more Irish these days, but appreciate it 😄
Love how Bubble Quality was an afterthought 😅
Flavour > all else 😜
so we not gonna talk about him dribkibg the soapbon the end?
It’s great that the soap and water tastes less like soap than the cream soda soap
Haha yeah that one was disappointingly vile 😂
Creme soda is supposed to be either a dark yellow or a vanilla flavor
3:45 we all know that will not end well
I'm from the USA, but the first time I ever had cream soda as a kid, was actually not the usual amber brown over here. I don't know if they make them anymore or if they were some import or something, but the first ones I ever had were these small bottles that were in various colors, I don't remember what all the colors were but I think there was a blue one, maybe like a reddish pink one, and I definitely remember a green one, maybe more. However, they weren't normal cream soda, they were cream soda flavored with additional flavors and I think the green was apple, or melon, I don't remember, but I really enjoyed them.
So as an added question, does your green cream soda taste like the ones we have over here, if you have even tried the ours and not accounting for quality
Great work man! Keep up the great work!
Love that banana scene tho 😅😅
Appreciate it, thanks a lot! Haha don't know what I was thinking for that scene 😅
Love your content man 🙌🏻
Thanks a lot!
Banana for "scale" is sus!
😅
I would definitely watch a part two where you try to actually find a 100% edible solution to make bubbles. Using soap at all feels kinda cheaty :D
Cream soda should be green because if it is green it looks like cleaning chemicals
Too true 😂 And at least you know you're drinking pure delicious chemical crap!
@@JamiesBrickJams lmfao reminds me of that vid with nilered and his pure cookie

How is this guy so funny 😂
Really love your humour! Are you a fan of Tom7 by any chance?
Never heard of him to be honest 😅 But thanks!
@@JamiesBrickJams Your style of humour is rather similar, your joke phrasing is similar and he even uses random objects for scale reference when there is no need to do so. But the fact that you've made similar, but still notably different jokes in parallel, is even better! Keep up the great work - your videos are fantastic!
@@pilcrow1546 He sounds like a man with good taste 😜 I'll have to give him a look. Appreciate your comment!
"It doesent even taste like babies"
So disappointing 🥲
@@JamiesBrickJams and it isnt even made out of babies
0:51 I can't find those plates on bricklink. I know Megabloks has had them since the mid 1990s, but those look different.
The baby oil didn't work with soap because the soap breaks down the oils and that causes the soap to become weak. Also why do you know what babies taste like
Babies ruin everything 😞
@@JamiesBrickJams RIP
Soap doesn’t break down oils? It dissolves them
Banana get violated
It sure did

What the hell are you doing with the banana.
First time I had cream soda in the uk it was clear, like sprite or 7Up. Looked completely wrong. If it ain't green it ain't crean soda.
