7:20 rotational inertia, that what you're searching for.
The more you have, the more energy it can store (like the flywheel in an engine), but the more energy you have to give it to reach a given RPM.
I believe the the exact parameter he is referring to would be the moment of inertia :) you are right though
@@asmr4GF the moment of inertia of a simple rotating body (such is the case here) is rotational inertia.
moment of inertia applies to any shape and given movement, while rotational inertia is well.. rotational.
same thing really, just wanted to uhm acktually for the sake of it.

@@ledocteur7701 welp, it seems like in english the two terms actually correspond (moment of inertia and rotational inertia). I studied mechanical engineering in my own language where rotational inertia and moment of inertia actually mean different properties - my bad for thinking it was the same in english. But, one thing is for sure: the concept of moment of inertia needs a rotational axis to make sense and can not be applied to linear motion.

*Edit:* Hey Doc, you should add caps for the ball bearing to make it easy to hold onto without the bearing falling out the spinners chassis, then use Tinglelirium gem encirclements for the tingle spinner hollowed out holes on the edge points. This should enhance the tingle spinner's power with every 360° rotational spin's. Oh and clean the ball bearing too! 😅

I don't even just need these videos for sleep. I need them now especially for work. It brings me such peace and calm and just keeps me so relaxed. Truly takes the edge off like nothing else. Makes me feel like I'm floating through my day. Dr. T prescribes the best medicine.
I feel this I work labor and sometimes just want the company. I would say extended listening of asmr does give you immunity but you appreciate the channels consistency
Same here. I watch these videos on my lunch break and drink a coffee or hot tea and I come back feeling super relaxed and calm.

Personally I find some of Leonard's music/poetry quite ASMRish.
Music-wise, "Sisters Of Mercy" is quite tingly with the sound that goes from one side to the other (some sort of bells?)
