- Adrenaline Alley is known as one of the worlds best skateparks as it has 4 huge rooms offering all kinds of different ramps and setups perfect for sharpening you skills!
Adrenaline Alley is a really great place for beginner MTB & BMX riders or advanced riders because it has a wide variety of different rooms and jumps. If you a looking to sharpen you dirt jumping skills then head to adrenaline alley as its one of the best trail spots in the UK!
In this video we are riding building 3 which includes a wooden jump boxes offering jump lines similar to downhill trails or even dirt jump trails!

The whip to oppo whip will happen Tom but that looked pretty brutal on the landings. You make manuals look way too easy, I am still working on those. The transfer over to the rezzy looked super smooth so do your 360's and bar spins. Very cool. The flare always looks great. Kara is certainly progressing. The one hander is a sign of things to come.

I think you need to take Kara out on some long cycle rides where there are less opportunities for snack breaks.

Can Kara still be classed as a beginner? She’s been riding a long time and probably has more seat time on a bike than most weekend warriors
i ride longer on bikes then she is alive, but i would consider me a beginner to mtb :)

Can't believe, how awkward most of the girls are while riding :/ really sad, that for last year or two I can't watch Cardy's amazing style, because almost half of the time we should watch how girl can't ride :( I really wish they'd post all her parts on her channel instead of Tom's.
