This woman is so iconic, the concept of this song is very delicate and important and the fact that she was able to speak about this with such a Bager of a song is amazing. Only M.I.A can do something like this
Jesus Christ wants a personal relationship with you through the Holy Spirit, not religion and blind faith. You see, we all have sinned, and have broken God’s law (The Ten Commandments). Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ, fullness of God in flesh, a perfect, sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross and resurrecting, so that we may have everlasting life. It is all finished and now for you to accept the free gift of grace, you must repent of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ and Bible says that His Blood will cover all of your sins, you will be forgiven, saved from eternal punishment, and be given everlasting life. By faith you will receive the Holy Spirit, become born again, know Jesus personally and He will transform your heart and clean you from the inside out. Turn away from sin, read the Bible, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you and change you, obey the Word. Much love and God bless you!
The lyrics are talking about social media being a distraction when there’s much bigger things going on in the world and that if we knew about it and came together we have more power but we are all glued to the screens. Then she’s also taking about how she thinks the govt spy on us with our phones and she is asking if it can hear us when we ‘talk in our sleep’. Basically she is saying for everyone to wake up and come together to make the world better.
@@novadark1 im not a native english speaker so i could be totally wrong, but i think it may be a play of words? like, for having true freedom we need to look beyond our own problems (i-dom and me-dom) and be understanding and caring of those who need us(we-dom). something like we have to come together to change everything thats wrong with our society

Jack Palkovic No. The shift is happening within all of us right now. Did you know Mother Earth is vibrating at a higher frequency. This energy is running through us and changing our molecular structure. We are beginning to be aware of all the wrong that is going on. But I fear there will a storm before the clam. But I hope it won't resort to that.

We’ll I think she lost her visa because FCK the system
Iconic. Like an overblown tyre on the road. Everyone else must Avoid. Yup.

Such a beautiful video. Her music is too smart for the masses.
ya wrong, it is from the masses to the privileged
This song is beyond masterpiece, the video is beyond humanity
the visuals and messages are unmatched. so powerful!
Love this passion. Bravo! From Italy . Here we fully understand. Every day
The lyrics are talking about social media being a distraction when there’s much bigger things going on in the world and that if we knew about it and came together we have more power but we are all glued to the screens. Then she’s also taking about how she thinks the govt spy on us with our phones and she is asking if it can hear us when we ‘talk in our sleep’. Basically she is saying for everyone to wake up and come together to make the world better.

is that what idom beedom meedom and weedom mean?thats the lyrics im still confused on what the hell these words mean.
@@ivxx7815 Yup
midnight I see you everywhere hating on her. What did she do to you that you have to make her look bad? Besides this is not her only song, her song Paper Planes was a huge hit and got elected as the best song of the 21th century in 2018 even though it was released 11 years ago so stfu.
I have so much respect for this woman....

Whats up with that?
@@San58-e3f oh, do not mind him, drugdealer1992 is talking only in terms of popularity, so we can not possibly reason with him
This song is finally getting recognition ya'll

So is Derry Dylanger's Cover of it!
All one’s talking about song in game. But some ones found when it was released. Yeah since 2016.
how is it getting recognition
Still epic in 2023!!! The scale of the number of souls in this video combined with the super powerful simplistic approach of the hook equals a bob marley type banger :)
I just can't put into words how underrated and beautiful this woman is.
27 million underrated, OK sperglord
@@r0br33r wow, what an edgy comment. Here have a 🍭

Robr33 good observation 🎉
This MASTERPIECE is finally getting the attention it deserves ! Thanks to Netflix, Uncharted...and co !
She is so smart and out of the box i would die to talk to her
Anyone else notice that the extras playing refugees are all fighting age males?
M.I.A. is a very brave individual to include that level of realism in a music video.
One could say chillingly prescient too.
literally breaking boundaries... ♥ MIA
This song and video is amazing!!! Brought tears in my eyes.
+Anna Turlej Widzę rodaczkę! zgadzam się haha :D
Don't worry humanity is undergoing a spiritual shift.
Jack Palkovic Your judgment from your ego is clouding your thinking.
We are talking about two different things.
Lets not waste time on each other.
Jack Palkovic I am saved by my Karma.
Clearly you don't know that Christ was a disciple of Buddha.
This song fits so well with the ending of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Also, the music is beautiful.
When I heard I was happy.
🙈
For sure!!! Nice game
That is the reason I am here. Iconic song.
Just finished the game last week and I agree! Made me listen to this on repeat since then.
M.I.A. an actual artist I profoundly support
The realest song of this century
2022, still hits hard, and this message still needs to be heard by the whole world.
LMFAO I'm SURE you losers would TOTALLY ABOLISH GOVERNING BODIES, RIGHT? Not like you've been SCREAMING "HOW HIGH SIR" when your TV/Radio government ad says "JUMP, DOG!"
Yes ! More relevant than ever !
This message will hit hard forever.
she just did an interview with Candace Owens, I had no idea what had happened to the tamils before that
2023
The relevance of this song in today with what's happening around the world. Powerful stuff
Agreed!
Have been looking for this song for ten good years😢I missed it it's a real vibe
This is amazing ! so powerful lyrically and visually 👌🏻
This should totally get nominated by MTV. But I guess American singers are all that counts in the world, right?
+Daniel RRNC dont say that, we dutch people do nominate other countries. It's narcisitic america who doesnt
More like black singers are all that matter to MTV.
MIA will be played during the revolution
M.I.A was ahead of her time for sure! She needs a come back
Too bad she's a trump supporter now
