Just made this tonight for supper. Absolutely loved the flavour combinations. Was unable to find terragon and shallot in my area. Used a sweet onion instead. Recipe was still refreshing. Thank you🦋
Advice please 😊 I can't stand the taste of tarragon... with your knowledge of the taste of this plate, what would you suggest to put instead? Coriander/cilantro? Or...????? Thank you, it looks delicious (except the tarragon for me 😊)
Lovely recipe but as one other viewer stated, I have been told that cashews aren't raw because of how they are processed. Can they be replaced in the recipe with macadamia or another nut?
You can buy truly raw cashews that are hand processed if you don't want to use ones that are slightly steamed. Yes, you can use macadamias instead too.

I think they were a mix, just called Italian Mix.
Just use them as is, the salt in the sauce will soften them.
