Love going to Pho Ha. making me drool over some good pho right now
The Pho there is amazing.... the broth is the star of the soup. It's homemade and they marinade it for 72 hrs. I live in NJ but I always go to the North East location service is always great.
All the pho spots have the same looking rice dishes and egg roll plates even in all parts of the OC. It looks like a typical family pho restaurant.

Ok, you made me hungry. I'm going to get phở. As for getting the raw meat on the side, I do that sometimes, along with getting the bean sprouts steamed ahead of time. It depends on how busy the place is. Very cool video! I love taking my children for phở, too.

Only thing i didn't see was the steam but looks good. 😋
My issue with pho is that the broth can sometimes be too anise-flavored; same issue with some Asian chicken soups. Love noodle soups, but its hard to find pho that I like.

@JL Jupiter the next time you are in NYC please visit Thai Son in Elmhurst Queens. It is the best Vietnamese restaurant that I have been to in NY and so far the three Restaurants I visited in South Jersey.
I am Puerto Rican but love Vietnamese cuisine. I recommend any of their large Pho, Summer Roll, Bun Bo Loui. Especially their Spring Rolls which are the best and not like other Vietnamese restaurants that do their spring rolls like a Chinese egg roll.
Damn miss Philly, used to live just a few blocks away on 322 Ritner.
I order from them often. Their food is good

Genuinely curious on thoughts on where the best Pho in Philly is? I have had a lot growing up since I have always visited in Philly. Grew up with Pho 75 and had pretty much all the pho places in the Washington Ave strips.

I had pho in my hometown. Newly opened. I did NOT like it. They put a spice in it, star anise I believe, that I can't stand!
