smoking. It's very stereotypical smoker's sound. But it's 2 packs a day kind of smoking damage. Extensive 2nd octave range also gives it away, women don't have that naturally (or if they do, it sounds way different), but smoking damage weakens the vocal folds, so they can vibrate at low af frequencies. Woman hitting G2 as easily as this is almost always mad smoking damage
