It's actually such fucking bullshit. She even says in the caption of the original post that it's HER hair... And her hair has been cut in the photo. It's so obvious she was purposefully trying to make it seem like she was donating her own hair.
There was an explanation that she did try to donate her hair and then she posted the photo with the extensions to show how much she donated (because the hair was already given away) but they rejected her donation because her real hair that she did give was dyed.
