I find the 120mm more comfortable and easier to wear to long standing events like art gallery meet the artist events. I sell art and am standing all day in 120mm to 140mm heels. I find the higher the heels the higher the commission. !!

Hi there, try an instep gel pad. Heel pads might work too.
