Victoria puts a dagger on Suleiman's throat and gets so close getting her husband's revenge.
Hürrem and Leo have a close brush with death because of the poisonous Turkish delights İbrahim gave them. Will Hürrem and Leo be able to get out of İbrahim's palace alive?
Sultan Suleiman learns that Victoria is the assassin that Lajos sent there. He will ask for an explanation from İbrahim who's taken Victoria to harem his own. Meanwhile Matrakçı waits İbrahim Pasha to bring Sadıka to marry with him without knowing anything. Sultan Suleiman finds out Matrakçı is the person who has brought Victoria to İbrahim Pasha.
Sultan Suleiman is determined to punish Lajos immediately who has dared to kill him. He gathers the council and declares his decision to have campaign to Buda.
Hürrem hates İbrahim even more now. She blames Nigar to betray her who get involved in İbrahim's evil plans. Nigar loses Hürrem's trust. Will Nigar, who doesn't have someone to protect her after Hürrem in palace, be able to make Hürrem to forgive her?
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

But he won't listen any of her words. Always mustafa... And mustafa very cunning fellow he also won't listen any of sultan's orders. Always disobedience. Once Ibrahim pasha advised him that don't be hatred towards ypur brothers.. Act like you love and support them. Then only they won't go against you. Instead they'll support you. Mustafa followed this until last. So he is not innocent. He also had dream of throne. No one is innocent in this game of thrones. Each and every person tried to save themselves thats all.

First, he covers up Mahidevran for the poison case, then he lied about Ayse death and now he poisoned Leo. At first, I blamed Hurrem's stupidity for not making peace with Ibrahim (when she decided to hate Ibrahim just because he's close to Sultan) but after these events, I'm glad she starting to take revenge on the bald-headed Ibrahim idiot.
Hurrem should know that either she will love Syleiman or Leo, she couldn't have the strenght to love them both, after all with Syleiman had children, she should be loyal to Syleiman and not to cheat him with Leo. That's why Ibrahim Pasha chose to help Hurrem. If Ibrahim wanted, he could have killed Hurrem, but he didn't, for Syleiman's sake and hapinness he didn't do it. Because if Syleiman found out it, he would be pretty sad.

It's the factor of "insecurity" that comes clear both in the characters of Ibrahim and Hurrem. Ibrahim turns physically violent and cruel while Hurrem dies it verbally and her venomic stares. When Hurrem blames Nigar Kalfa that she'd betrayed and once a betrayer always a betrayer. She did the same to Leo, she betrayed him. Ibrahim just created the setting , Hurrem completed the betrayal and took the breath out of a man(Leo) who she'd "already killed" to safeguard her power and prosperous life as a Sultan.
If she was clear and clever she confronted Ibrahim in the presents of the sultan with the poison and ask him to eat...
Hurrem was also very rude and disrespectful with Ibrahim in the beginning episodes

Ibrahim should have remembered that he too loved Hatice once - a royal. He too was writing poems and love letters to Hatice. He should’ve spared Leo’s life and allowed him to go back to his hometown, never to return. This would have been good for everyone
exactly. Just now I understood what was wrong with Pargali. I'm ok with the fact that he wanted to be equal to Sultan Suleyman. Pargali is tough and ambitions guy, I used to see him as a real man. BUT if he considered himself equal to the Sultan, he had to behave and make his decisions more free, independent and silent sometimes. He knew very well what was the situation btw Hurrem and Leo. You are completely right. He had to let him go back and keep that situation silent.

But when he said, "If love makes a man blind, then he pays the price" @29:29, she turns around in shock to look at her husband @29:49; at that moment, we see through her eyes, two Ibrahims slouching on the couch in two mirrors; i.e. di-visions; the symbolism of who Ibrahim is becoming under our eyes, and how Hattice is finally beginning to see him. The acting in this series are really incredible, from Leo uncomfortable death position, to Hurrem cry with shaking, she can't even let out a sound. U can really feel the sadness from that scene.
8:28 Surprisingly her mind is really clear. She quickly gathered her strength and turned the table on Ibrahim in a second making to make him defend himself instead even after suffering such a huge loss
Watching this second time and realize how cruel and arrogant Ibrahim was. He was so injustice to ask Hurrem to kill Leo with her own hands when they both are innocent. He totally forgot how his love for Hatice were a success.
Not only that he made two lovers to experience the same in one day.
It makes me question if his feelings for Hatice were genuine, or if he was driven by ambition more than love.

This episode shows that Hatice is not only wearing necklaces as headdresses, she's wearing bracelets as headdresses as well. The bracelet that valide gave to Hurrem as a gift after Bayezid was born, Hatice wore it on her head in episode 16 when asking valide for Saadika as a bridesmaid.

notice how when valide is speaking to mustafa and consoling him about being left behind by his father, hurrem looks like she feels sorry for the kid's wounded pride but mahidevran is just fuming about the whole issue, even from before hurrem kept telling mustafa he's too young to go to war and later on would console her own children the same way when they wanted to join their father but mahidevran would always push mustafa to do stuff just to spite hurrem and it almost always backfires
Each time I re-watch this series, it makes me thankful that I was born a poor little old nobody. I personally thank my parents for allowing me to live a normal life; the higher the position you hold in life, the more pressure you have. Pressure bursts pipes, ya know
