I hear you - BUT you're not going to this place to hide away with your little family. This is a venue where you go to have beach/lagoon fun with lotsa friends & family! Just like you would go to Zimbali or any other coastal resort.
@ totally get you. That’s the vibe it actually gives. I’d most definitely live here throughout and continue my chats about privacy 🤭🤭. Too beautiful 👌🏽👌🏽.
Thx for stopping by. My 2 cents: two schools of thought on that one... you drop it by R5mil every few months and who knows where you end up. Or, you keep it steady at the same asking price and drop it once, but make it count. How does that sound? 🤔
No home office, only one living area, no indoor entertainment area, the European kitchen😮, 39bar , don't get me wrong it's very nice just not 39bar nice, the value for money here shows just how much the rand has lost buying power😮
One massive open-plan living space indeed. I seriously doubt anyone would buy this to live in full-time... let's party this week(end) and get a few friends over, just like you would when renting off some fancy place in Cape Town!
Thanks for commenting. Let's see how the market reacts to that asking price and take it from there. Too early to determine where the correct price will be - but it definitely won't be that R12mil suggested price. Ever been to The Ellipse nextdoor? Seen the prices there?
What a joke of a property/“Apartment” for that price. Absolutely no privacy for that price! For that price, you can hire a private jet to Cape Town with an entire entourage every weekend to have a party. I’m pretty sure the Body Corporate won’t even allow you to “Party” and might shut you down by 10pm not to mention your neighbours can video you and your entourage if they feel that you’re being inconsiderate. The listing agents have no idea how to sell too, bland adjectives and no energy. Just my opinion and many will differ.
Thanks for stopping by. I'm not going to argue with you there. I agree that this lifestyle estate isn't for everyone - and specifically, this exclusive unit. Luckily, there are plenty of other video tours on this channel that I'm sure you'd enjoy.
Lack of privacy is abit of an ick, but man oh man this villa is stunning 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

100% - the moment you walk into Munyaka, you get this whole holiday vibe! It’s truly amazing. Lovin’ it 🤗
Who cares about the Home? Location ❤👍💪
It's a yes for me 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Glad to hear!!
Dreamy!!!😩🔥. Well presented too!
Thought so as well 🤗
From R60M to R39M..The Penthouse went from R80M to R60M..If they can lower the price by R20M just one more time.😂
Thx for stopping by.

Beautiful view and CRIP for nothing more or less than $2 million US DALLARS 👌👌👍
Talk about party haven!

Lmao this has nothing to do with the Rand. Property is not priced based on the value of the Rand

100%
So the “beach” is a public man-made pool with a sand box?
Public?? And Johannesburg is inland did you look at your msp
100% correct - I can highly recommend anyone to go visit Munyaka and see how incredibly impressive that lagoon & beach setup is!
Have you ever been to Munyaka to check out that lagoon? It's like 3 soccer fields - it's MASSIVE... I've been there a few times now and I love it.
Not 39million, thats 12 million at most, its not sandton

It's a nice apartment but you can get something similar in actual Cape Town for that money
I have beach front property to sell you in Johannesburg 😂😂😂😂
LOL I never thought I'd be able to say that!!
